WHAT IS PARENT COACHING?

Parent Coaching is a process by which I work alongside parents and caregivers to assess their parenting goals/desires, the actions that are helping them get closer to those desires, and what tools and strategies are needed to ease the struggles.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Parent coaching is for parents, grandparents, or any caregiver of children between the ages of 6 months to 15 years old.

Maybe you want to feel more confident in raising your children or you want to learn how to better relate to them in a mutually respectful way.

Some caregivers seek out parent coaching for a specific issue, such as care task struggles, behavioral challenges or difficulty communicating to their children in a way that's heard.  As a parent coach, I collaborate with you to set parenting goals/desires and help you to find individualized strategies, tools, and practices that will get you and your family closer to the kind of relationship you want to have.

WHAT'S YOUR APPROACH?

I work primarily from a respectful parenting/caregiving model that treats each member of the relationship (caregiver and child) as a unique and valuable human. As such, solutions vary to meet the unique needs presented in the caregiving relationship.

I begin each client engagement with a parenting assessment wherein we'll define your current struggles, strategies, and finally, your parenting/caregiving desires. This will be our jumping-off point to collaborate on the best solutions to meet your goals and create a more peaceful home.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU MEET?

Coaching sessions are scheduled on an as-needed basis. Whether it's weekly, monthly, or periodically throughout your year, I work around the schedule that suits you and your family best.

HOW
MUCH DOES IT COST?

Coaching sessions are $125 each (60 min. session)

This price includes 1-2 support emails/Marco Polo messages after the session.
